These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.azaleebeauty.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered by AZALEE BEAUTY SL (hereinafter, “AZALÉE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, the user (the “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1.1. These Terms regulate the sale of cosmetic products offered by AZALÉE through the Site.
1.2. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms, as well as the related policies: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.
1.3. AZALÉE may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS
3.1. The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart.
3.2. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and billing information.
3.3. The Customer selects an available payment method (see Section 4).
3.4. Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.
AZALÉE may reject orders for justified reasons, such as suspected fraud, obvious errors on the Site, or lack of stock.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. Available payment methods on the Site:
– Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed through secure gateways.
– Bizum, when enabled.
4.2. All transactions are carried out through encrypted environments.
4.3. The Customer guarantees that the payment details provided are valid.
5. SHIPPING
5.1. Shipments are carried out via Correos or equivalent logistics operators.
5.2. Estimated delivery times:
– Mainland Spain: 24–48 business hours.
– Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–5 business days.
5.3. Shipping costs:
– Free for orders over €60.
– For lower amounts, the shipping cost indicated at checkout will apply.
AZALÉE shall not be responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or caused by external circumstances.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1. The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.
6.2. Products must be unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact, in accordance with hygiene requirements applicable to cosmetics.
6.3. Returns of opened, used, or promotional products will not be accepted unless there is a defect or shipping error.
6.4. If the return is due to a change of mind, the Customer bears the shipping costs. In the case of defect or error attributable to AZALÉE, we will assume all associated costs.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been dispatched, it must be processed as a return in accordance with Section 6.
8. INVOICING
8.1. The Customer may request an invoice by emailing hola@azaleebeauty.com and providing their tax details.
8.2. All prices include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
8.3. Invoices may be issued in electronic format.
9. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
9.1. All products comply with European cosmetic regulations. AZALÉE shall not be responsible for:
– Allergic reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.
– Minor variations in color, texture, or scent inherent to the nature of the product.
9.2. Exclusions:
– Use of the Site is the Customer’s responsibility.
– We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Site.
– We are not liable for damages arising from technical failures, interruptions, or external links.
Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer’s statutory consumer rights.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
10.2. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, unless consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
