Refund policy

At AZALÉE BEAUTY S.L., we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. If you need to arrange a return or request a refund, please find below the applicable conditions, drafted in accordance with current regulations in Spain and the European Union.
1. TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST A RETURN
1.1. The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exercise the right of withdrawal.
1.2. Once this period has expired, the request cannot be processed.
2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
2.1. For hygiene and safety reasons applicable to cosmetic products, returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
– The product must be unopened, unused, and with its original seal intact.
– The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
– The order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
2.2. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
– Opened, used, or unsealed products.
– Items purchased under final sale promotions or special offers, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
– Personalized or made-to-order products, in accordance with the exceptions set out in the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU).
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
3.1. If the return is made for personal reasons or change of mind, the Customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
3.2. If a defective, damaged, or incorrect product is received, AZALÉE BEAUTY S.L. will assume all associated return costs and manage the corresponding replacement or refund.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
4.1. Initial contact: The Customer must send an email to hola@azaleebeauty.com indicating the order number and reason for the return.
4.2. Instructions: The return address and instructions will be provided.
4.3. Verification: Once the items are received, they will be checked to ensure compliance with this Policy.
4.4. Refund: If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within an estimated period of 7 to 10 business days from product verification.
5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
5.1. If the Customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, this must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery.
5.2. To expedite the process, AZALÉE BEAUTY S.L. may request photographic evidence of the issue.
5.3. The Customer may choose between:
– Replacement of the product at no additional cost.
– Full refund of the amount paid.
5.4. In such cases, AZALÉE BEAUTY S.L. will cover all necessary shipping costs for collection and replacement or refund.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
6.1. The Customer may cancel the order free of charge provided it has not yet been shipped.
6.2. If the order has already left our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible and must be processed as a return following the procedure set out in this Policy.
