🌿 Are your products organic?

Yes. We work with naturally sourced and locally sourced ingredients; when organic farming is not available, we use the best safe alternative.

🌱 Are they vegan?

Yes. We do not use ingredients of animal origin.

🐰 Are they cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not conduct animal testing.

⚠️ Do they contain common allergens (dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, eggs)?

We use 100% natural essential oils that comply with IFRA standards . As with all plant-based raw materials, naturally occurring allergens may be present , which you will see identified in the INCI list of each product. If you have very sensitive skin, please check the INCI list or contact us for guidance.

🧴 Do they contain preservatives?

Yes, only approved and naturally sourced ingredients :

  • In creams : biotechnologically based preservative system (biodegradable plant raw materials) for microbiological stability.
  • In oils/balms : Vitamin E (Tocopherol) as an antioxidant.

    Always seeking a balance between effectiveness, naturalness and tolerance .

⏳ Do products expire?

PAO 6M (6 months after opening). Check the label for the symbol and date.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place.

🏭 Where are they manufactured?

  • Most raw materials are obtained in Europe.

All products are formulated and packaged in Catalonia .

📦 How should I store them?

In a cool, dry, and dark place, especially:

  • First cold-pressed oils.
  • Delicate floral waters.

🤰 Are they safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

We formulate following IFRA and best practices; however, we recommend prudent use and reviewing the INCI list of each product. If you have any questions, consult your healthcare professional .

👩‍🦰 I have sensitive skin, can I use them?

Yes. The range is designed for sensitive skin. Tip: test on the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours .

♻️ Can I return the glass jars?

We do not currently offer this service. We encourage you to recycle them according to your community's regulations.

📍 How do I track my order?

After your purchase you will receive an email with the tracking number to check the status and estimated delivery date.

Formulation and packaging in Catalonia . Raw materials mostly European .

📦 How should I store them?

Cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Pay special attention to oils and hydrosols .
