What are natural and organic cosmetics?

Organic (or bio) cosmetics go one step further: as well as being natural, their ingredients come from certified crops, grown without pesticides.
There is no single legal definition of "natural" in cosmetics, which is why we publish the exact percentage of every formula, calculated according to ISO 16128, on our INCI page. That way you can judge for yourself.
